1. Your organization gets a unique Scribe email address (like scribe@yourorg.kwill.io)
2. Anyone on your team can send content to that address
3. Our AI assistant, Scribe, processes the email and creates a draft on your site
4. Moderators get notified and can approve by simply replying “publish”

It’s perfect for distributed teams, volunteers, and anyone who knows how to send an email but doesn’t want to learn a website dashboard.

Your data belongs to you. If you cancel your Kwill subscription:

• You can export all your content before cancellation
• We retain your data for 30 days in case you change your mind
• After 30 days, your data is permanently deleted from our systems

We don’t hold your content hostage. You can leave anytime and take everything with you.

Yes! Professional and Organization plans include custom domain support.

You can use your existing domain (like yourorganization.com) or register a new one. We handle all the technical setup including automatic SSL certificates for secure HTTPS.

Starter plan sites use a yourname.kwill.io subdomain, which you can upgrade to a custom domain anytime.
