Kwill can now turn one message into a whole set of content.
Until now, telling Scribe about an event got you an event. You still had to go make the social post yourself, and remember to do it. Recipes change that.
Recipes
Send Scribe a message like "we have a coffee tasting Friday at 3pm" and Kwill creates every piece of content that goes with it - the event listing and its companion social post - as linked drafts, ready for you to review.
- One message, a full set - the event, the social post, and anything else the recipe calls for, all created together
- Everything stays linked - the social post knows which event it belongs to
- Nothing goes live on its own - recipes create drafts. You review and approve.
Approve the Whole Batch at Once
When a recipe creates a set of drafts, you can now Approve All to publish everything in one action, or Cancel to archive the batch. Anything you had already scheduled or published is left alone.
Build Your Own Recipes
Under Account Settings you can now see which recipes are active and what phrases trigger them, adjust the ones Kwill ships with, or build entirely new ones from scratch.
- Name the recipe and choose the phrases that should trigger it
- Pick the content type it starts from
- Add the pieces it should generate
- Save it - it is live for your account immediately
No engineering involvement, no waiting on us.
See What Kwill Is Doing
A progress indicator now lives in the page header. When Kwill is generating social images or deploying your website, you can watch it happen and retry anything that fails. Previously all of this was invisible.
